Manuell betätigte Eckventile (VAH) und Inlineventile (VIH)

Die INFICON ISO-KF-Ventile der Baureihe VAH / VIH016...040-A/X können als Messgerätisolations-, Bypass-, Vor- oder Lüftungsventile eingesetzt werden und sind für alle allgemeinen Hochvakuum- und Halbleiterprozesse bestens geeignet. Durch das verbesserte Industriedesign ergibt sich ein robustes, kompaktes und einfach zu bedienendes Ventil. Die übersichtliche visuelle Stellungsanzeige gibt an, ob das Ventil geöffnet oder geschlossen ist. Dank der extrem langen Lebensdauer und der einfachen Wartung ist das Ventil bei geringen Betriebskosten besonders zuverlässig. Die neue Baureihe ist mit der aktuellen Ventilbaureihe INFICON VAH / VIH016...040-A/X kompatibel.
