Die INFICON ISO-KF-Ventile der Baureihe VAP / VIP016...040-A/X können als Messgerätisolations-, Bypass-, Vor- oder Lüftungsventile eingesetzt werden und sind für alle allgemeinen Hochvakuum- und Halbleiterprozesse bestens geeignet. Durch das verbesserte Industriedesign ergibt sich ein robustes, kompaktes, besonders zuverlässiges Ventil mit geringen Betriebskosten. Dieses All-In-One-Konzept sorgt für eine schnelle und einfache Installation. Pilotventil und elektrische Stellungsanzeige sind für den praktischen Plug & Play-Einsatz bereits integriert. Durch das bewährte All-In-One-Design und die besonders lange Lebensdauer ist das Ventil leicht zu warten. Die neue Baureihe ist vollständig mit der aktuellen Ventilbaureihe INFICON VAP / VIP016...040-A/X kompatibel.
